Brett and I celebrated our Dad's yesterday by going hiking and {tried} to go canoeing,honouring the men who helped instill in us our love for the outdoors...

HA HA HA...the scooter pic is great! If I had a pic of my dad (or my father-in-law, for that matter) on a scooter, it would totally be on my blog.

When you say you "tried" to canoe, what does that mean? Did anybody drown? Did you destroy a canoe? Did you get lost?
